Ann M. Porter, age 63, of Western Springs.  Beloved wife of Dennis.  Loving mother of Marin (David) Arnolds and Kerry (Brian) Schoeneman.  Adoring grandmother of Eddie.  Devoted sister of Maura Johnson, Connal (Joe) Small and Jane (Ken) Rulon.  Dear aunt to many nieces and nephews.  Ann graduated from University of Notre Dame with a Bachelor of Business Administration in 1974.  She went on to serve as a district sales manager for General Electric and as school secretary at Field Park Elementary School.  Ann will always be remembered as an incredible wife, mother, grandmother, and friend, and for her quiet strength.  A funeral mass will be held 9:45am Saturday at St. John of the Cross Church, 5005 Wolf Rd., Western Springs.  Interment is private.  In lieu of flowers, memorials to Loyola Hospice would be appreciated.  Hallowell & James Funeral Home assisting the family 708-352-6500
