Dorothy J. “Dot” Wright, nee Barrett, 84, of Darien, passed away peacefully
at home in the early hours on Monday, March 31st. Beloved wife of the late
Charles. Loving mother of Robyn (Kenneth) Lorr, Charles (Suz) Wright,
Linda (Badger) Faison, Steven Wright and the late Sandra (late James)
Davis. Loving grandmother, great-grandmother and great-great-grandmother
of many. Sister to 6 brothers and sisters. Visitation 3 to 8pm Thursday at
Hallowell & James Funeral Home, 301-75th Street, Downers Grove, where
service will be held at 11am on Friday. Interment Clarendon Hills Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to American Heart/Stroke Assoc.
Dorothy was a very kind and gentle soul who loved spending time with
