Eleanor Marcella “Marti” Bamber, nee Musil, 87, of LaGrange Park, IL died Thursday 11/6/14; beloved wife of the late Robert; loving mother of Nancy Sobotka, Donna (David) Heffron, Marla (David) Fisher; loving grandmother of Steven (Allison), Adam, Matthew Sobotka; Joshua (Jeanne), the late Kimberly, Jason, Kari Heffron; Scott and Daniel Fisher; and was aunt and friend of many. Marti was a long-time member of numerous women’s civic organizations, including the LaGrange Newcomers Club and the General Federation of Women’s Clubs where she served as a district president multiple times and continued to participate in club events until her passing.
