Thomas Edward Young, age 84, of LaGrange Park, IL. Beloved husband of Barbara (nee Johnson); loving father of Nancy (Perry) Runkel, Stephen (Janet) Young, Susan (Bill) Just, Thomas G. (Tina) Young, Geri (Kurt) Schlueter, Carolyn (John) Heredia, Scott (Pam) Young, Julie (Rob) Haugen, James (Amy) Young, Jennifer (PJ) Julius, Amy (Noal) Staubus, and Barbara (Jeff) Jones; dear grandfather of twenty-nine; great-grandfather of two. Thomas was an Army Veteran of the Korean War and a member of Plumbers Union Local 130. Visitation Monday, December 22 from 3 to 9pm at Hallowell & James Funeral Home, 1025 W. 55th St., Countryside.
