Mr. Stucker was a retired tax partner of Arthur Andersen, LLP and one of the Firm’s Deputy Directors of International Tax Services. He is a graduate of the University of Chicago (MBA in Accounting and Finance). He joined Arthur Andersen, LLP in 1955 and was admitted to partnership in the Firm in 1968. Mr. Stucker is the former Chairman of the Committee on Canada/U.S. Relations of the U. S. Chamber of Commerce and he is a former Treasurer and Vice President, and a Director of the Canadian Club of Chicago. His professional society memberships and activities include the International Fiscal Assn., where he was former Vice President and Secretary and he was a member of the University Club of Chicago. A very religious man, Mr. Stucker was on the Board of Trustees at Emmanuel School of Religion in Johnson City, TN and a Trustee and Elder at First Christian Church of Chicago.
