Louise Hubona, nee Matuszyk, widow to Urban Hubona of LaGrange, Illinois, died at home on October 20^th, 2015.  Louise is survived by her daughter, Mary Hubona Skoglund, sons Urban and Steve Hubona and six grandchildren: Andrew Skoglund, Paul Skoglund, Erin Hubona, Shawn Hubona, Urban Hubona, Stephen Hubona and Andrew Hubona; great grandchildren Madeline & Sean Skoglund; 7 nephews and 8 nieces.  Visitation at Hallowell & James Funeral Home, 1025 W. 55^th St., Countryside, IL 60525 on Monday, October 26^th, 2015 from 3 p.m. – 9 p.m. Roman Catholic Funeral Mass on October 27^th, 2015 at St. Cletus Church, 600 W. 55^th St., LaGrange, IL 60525 at 10am.  In lieu of flowers, please donate to Wounded Warriors, Paralyzed American Veterans or the American Lung Association.  Funeral info 708-352-6500
