  1. To: Sam’s family,
When folks lose a family member it hurts terribly and they remain in our hearts and minds FOREVER! I know Sam loved his family very much and was proud of you all.
As a friend I can say that Sam was a “SPECIAL GUY”! He must’ve been special, he and I remained friends and in contact for over 50 years! When I remember Sam, Terry and our time spent together it brings a smile to my face thinking of the crazy, (harmless), fun we had.
I used to describe Sam as a “ROOSTER” because he was tough as can be and didn’t take crap – FROM ANYONE!!! I called Sam “BRO” because he was like a brother.
Sam, my Bro – I will also miss you and will never forget you. Till we meet again keep a San Miguel on ice for me! RIP!
    Your “BRO” Ger
