Jeanne L. Savage, 92, (nee Lohner) passed away Monday, September 25, 2017. Jeanne was born to George H. and Kathryn May (Breeze) Lohner on January 24, 1925 in Toledo, Ohio. Jeanne graduated from Thomas A. DeVilbiss High School, Toledo, Ohio, class of 1943. She graduated from The University of Toledo with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Education and taught high school home economics.  She was married for over 57 years until the passing of her husband, Jack W. Savage, in 2008. Jeanne and her husband were active in their church, Southminster Presbyterian Church in Centerville, Ohio. She is survived by sons Thomas J. Savage (Mary Ellen) and John R. Savage (Susan); 5 Grandchildren Valerie Savage (Brian), Melissa Bock (Brian), Stephanie Savage, Julie Savage, and Brian Savage; 2 Great Grandchildren Evelyn Bock and Gretchen Bock.  Visitation 7-9pm Thursday September 28^th at Hallowell & James Funeral Home, 301 75^th St., Downers Grove.  A graveside service will be held at 11am Tuesday October 3^rd at Ottawa Hills Memorial Park in Toledo, Ohio.  Funeral home phone 630-964-6500
