Donald Hawkins, age 82, of La Grange Highlands, formerly of Grayslake and River Forest. Beloved husband of Carol Hawkins for a wonderful 56 years. Loving father of Barbara (Glenn) McGrath and Thomas (Liz) Hawkins. Devoted grandfather of Katie, Mike and Abby McGrath; and Emma, Matt and Pete Hawkins. Donald loved to read and watch sports, especially his grandchildren’s games. Visitation 11am until time of Memorial Service 1pm Saturday, February 17th, 2018 at First United Methodist Church of La Grange, 100 W. Cossitt Ave., La Grange, IL 60525.
