Mr. Rice was a wonderful director and brought the best out when working with the kids and parents alike. He was truly admired and inspired my son in so many ways. He helped instill confidence and passion and will be missed greatly. May he Rest In Peace. 🎭
A wonderful person who I had the pleasure of knowing for over 35 years. David, you are missed.
I am honored to have called David my friend for over 30 years and to have so many memories…working with him and Tina at Robert White in the 80s, the trip to NY we all went on, the parties he had, the camping trips we would all go on, the cookie exchanges, going to Rice’s Floral Fantasies…they will each hold a special place in my heart. I’m a better person to have met him!
Linda: Dave and I were close in high school and for several years thereafter. Indeed, I was with Dave and Tina when their Father passed. But we lost contact over the years. About two years ago, I started trying to find my old friend, but I heard nothing until tonight … when Tina’s widower told me of his death. I’m so sad that I didn’t find him in time to reconnect. Can you help me fill in the blanks?

Oh David. I can’t believe this is true. You have been an amazing friend to me nd “uncle” to my kids. I tried calling you and getting in touch with you now my worst fear is confirmed. May you now rest in peace with the Lord. And your parents, brother and sister. You’re missed more than you know. So hard to comprehend. I’m blessed that I got to be in your life for 29 years. 😢💔
