John F. Gonia, age 77, of Western Springs; beloved husband of Marilyn (nee Bartos); loving father of Tiffany Stoffer, John F. Gonia, II, & Heather (Benjamin) Nesler; proud grandfather of Grace, Anthony, Grant, Luke, Charlotte, & Kathryn; dear brother of Ann (Bruce) Kersting & Laur (Sylvia) Gonia. Visitation 10 am until time of memorial service, 1 pm Saturday, January 12th at Emmanuel Episcopal Church of LaGrange, 203 S. Kensington Ave., LaGrange. I was listening while you were speaking with Donna and tara. I will miss John, he was a rare individual and it was a privilege to have known him. Donna and I truly hope that you will make it down here next Winter.
