  9. We are absolutely heartbroken to hear of the loss of George. We will remember him for the amazing guy he was and always will be. He was such a great, husband and father. He was a true friend. Mike and I always said he was a true renaissance man, from his woodworking talents to his delicious “full fat” meals, George mastered those talents and many more. We have been blessed to have had him in our life. The world will be a little less bright without him in it. We will be making George’s Ribs with dirty rice in his honor. If anyone doesn’t like it, as George would say…” That’s it! You’re outta dinner!”

  11. My sincerest condolences. Papa Grodek is truly one of a kind and in some way, he felt like my second father. I won’t forget the hilarious encounters and witty conversations we had everytime I entered in the Grodek household. It was often difficult for me to understand if he was joking or completely serious but he definitely had his humorous ways. He introduced me to calzones and it was one of the best things I’ve ever eaten.
I know he’s proud of everything his family has achieved
Do not hesitate to reach out if you ever need anything!
    Peace&love
