  1. Stanoja had the biggest heart, and truly treated everyone like a brother / sister. His smile and positive attitude was contagious, people LOVED to be around him. He would go above and beyond to help anyone, without a thought of expecting anything in return. Stanoja was always full of energy & knowledge, anything he applied himself to he did an outstanding job. He had endless potential, his love for life and drive was nothing short of inspirational. Truly a man of his word, and always honest whether being right or wrong. He was fearless, yet kind and considerate. He would motivate everyone around him to be the best version of themselves, and would talk to you for hours to work through any situation. Striving for the best for friends and family, especially his nieces and nephew. Always checking in and showing up for loved ones, making sure everyone is doing Ok. His outlook on life was simple & beautiful. The morals and values he stood by were in-line with Jesus who also died at 33 years old. Both taken from us too soon, yet they left us a lifetime of unconditional love & inspiration. Stanoja was a gift to all of us and will never be forgotten. I cherish every moment and memory I shared with him. He was a best friend and brother to me. The amount of love and gratitude I have for him can’t be measured, he will forever be a part of me.

Thank you for everything Stanoja, I promised to make you proud. I love you brother

  2. Dear Stan,
You had a truly special personality, one I admire to this day..an aura about you that drew everyone’s attention. You had this bold love for life that kept you smiling and laughing all the time. When you walked into a room, everyone’s eyes lit up with pure joy and excitement to see you. You’d do anything for your family and friends. I remember when you let me use your Saab while you were traveling and I crashed it because it was freezing cold and I didn’t wait for the defrosters to work. You laughed so hard and said “that’s something I’d do, do I need to get you another car?” Sometimes we’d go months without talking and I’d hear a knock at my door. When I’d answer the door and ask why you traveled across the country and didn’t just call to check on me, you’d say “had to know for myself that you’re good”. It was never enough for you to hear I was doing ok- you had to make sure for yourself.

I’ll never forget the days and nights we spent together, the endless laughs, the memories. I appreciate and love you more than you ever knew, and you’ll be in my heart forever Stanoja.

    Love always,
    Brian
