What a terrific man! More than generous in every way and his zeal for life will be missed by all who knew him as well as those he had not yet met because Murph was loud and boisterous, but also a silent behind the scenes man who made marvelous things happen. We miss you Papa!
To the entire Murphy family I’m so sorry for your loss of your beloved dad and father, and husband. My thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.
good buddie since LTHS. I am so sorry to hear of his death. He was so proud of his children but wouldn’t go to the LT Leyden game with me. I think he had mixed emotions

It’s always nice to have someone in our life who can make you smile even when they’re not around

Murph, will be missed by many,… He always had a smile for anyone he met
Tim was a good friend and our fathers were friends in the 1920s. Tim did wonderful things to invite young men to join the La Grange Jaycees in the 1970s. I will miss his sense of humor.
