For my cherished friend and teacher. I will miss you more than words can express. I will truly miss our visits at your home where you shared so many of your life experiences and the love and joy of your family. I will always remember our days of working together, we made a good team and your patients loved and had the greatest respect for you! I know you loved being a doctor and you will be terribly missed. I love you my dear friend ❤️
I am deeply saddened at the passing of your father…He was introduced to our family upon being a surgeon to my Uncle Angelo. Since that introduction he had healed family members. Including myself…He was a man of great accomplishments along with much respect. Your dad was very much loved by his friends and patients…We all were blessed to have him in our lives as a friend and doctor. I have never replaced the excellence of care he had given my family…Your father even took the time to send me a note of sympathy on my moms passing. God Bless you Dr. Bartizal heavens gain is our loss.
For a fellow Legionnaire This short prayer for John.
( Father , we entrust our brother John to your mercy.
You loved him greatly in this life;
now that he is freed from all its cares,
Give him happiness and peace forever. Amen )

From a fond coworking nurse and friends perspective what a great all around human being!!! Beautiful brilliant mind, extremely caring, thoughtful, wise Dr., best story teller ever and fantastic historian, and, best of all, gives warm, sweet hugs. Words cannot say how much you will be missed by many and especially me. Rest in peace my friend.
Dr. Bartizal gave me forty more years of enjoyable life with his exceptional medical abilities. He was very knowledgeable and caring. And he cracked some jokes along the time line that made appointments even more enjoyable. Many thanks to your father. He was always a gentleman and our most favored doctor for several years.
