Lorraine, was a great neighbor and friend. We had a lot of laughs. We met after they first moved in and our husbands we’re taking the train downtown. We took turns taking them and picking them up and Lorraine also watched my boys in the early morning before school and I was off to work.
Hugs and prayers to the family.
My heart is breaking ever since I heard about Lorraine’s passing. Lorraine was my best friend for seventy one years. We met when we where twelve years old. We stood up to each others weddings, had our children around the same time and spent many years together at each others houses. After our children grew up, Lorraine and I, along with our wonderful husbands went fishing together.
We all liked to fish and had some great times at our sons lake houses. Our sons continue to be friends and go fishing together. My daughter and the rest of my family always loved Lorraine and loved her funny humor.
I’ll miss you Lorraine and pray for you every day.
My Love and prayers to the family.
Dear Donna, Paul and Michael, Tom and I just learned of Lorraine’s death. We were so sorry to hear that. We have so many wonderful memories of our days on 93rd pLace. Lorraine welcomed our children into your home every day. She would set up the pool in your backyard and serve Kool Aid to all the kids. She was a good friend and had such a wonderful sense of humor. She will be greatly missed.
Regards, Maura and Tom Walsh
