Jacob Thomas Mitchell, 25, of Willow Springs. Beloved son of Shaun and Maria. Loving brother of Shaun and Bryan. Visitation 3 to 9pm Friday, April 9, 2021 and 10:30am until Funeral Service 3pm on Saturday, April 10, 2021 at Hallowell & James Funeral Home, 1025 West 55th Street, Countryside. Interment private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to the Epilepsy Foundation appreciated. Jake loved to play the guitar. He was much-loved by his extended family and friends.
