Germaine Marguerite Looby, age 88, of Countryside. Beloved wife of the late Jerry Joseph Looby. Loving mother of Kenneth Looby and Janetta (nee Looby) Saplis. Dear sister to the late Robert (Justina) Olsen, sister-in-law to the late George (Colette) Looby, Alice (Jerome) Hahn, and the late Lawrence (Florence) Looby.  Germaine was a retired elementary school teacher, avid reader, antique enthusiast, and lover of musicals and theatrical productions.

Family and friends are invited to meet at St. Francis Xavier Church, 124 N. Spring Ave, La Grange, IL 60525 for 11am Memorial Mass on Friday, May 7, 2021. All guests must pre-register for Mass at https://www.signupgenius.com/go/409044DAAA72EA2F94-germaine. Unregistered guests will not be permitted into church. Total group limit of 110 guests at Mass. Masks required. The Interment will be held privately.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Red Cross or the March of Dimes.
