Dorothy M. Daly of Oak Brook. Beloved wife of the late Denis J. Daly, Sr. Loving mother of Denis J. (Eleanor) Daly, Jr. and John (Suzanne) Daly. Devoted grandmother of Colin, Dynah, Elle, Michael, and Sarah. Dear sister of Katherine (late Frank) Murphy, John (Diane) Huck, late Michael (Margaret) Huck, and the late Mary Krausmann. Fond aunt of many. Dorothy was also preceded in death by her parents, John and Lucille Huck and her beloved Yorkshire Terrier, Kerry.

Dorothy grew up in Lakeview, the oldest of five children and attended Alvernia High School. She graduated with a nursing degree from St. Francis Hospital in 1960. Dorothy always enjoyed hosting events for family and friends with amazing attention to detail. Her trademark was her elegant sense of style. She was an avid reader and a longtime member of various book clubs and enjoyed playing bridge in her earlier years.

Family and friends are invited to a Memorial Visitation from 10:00am until time of the Funeral Mass at 10:30am on Thursday, June 2^nd at St. Francis Xavier Church, 124 N. Spring Ave., La Grange. Mass will be available to view via livestream at https://www.facebook.com/SFXParish.LG/. Interment private.
