Vince can now be reunited with his beloved Betty.

My deepest condolences to Mike & Janet and and entire family. Vince (and Betty) were the cream of the crop humanitarians. Loved them both from the moment I met them. Thank you for running all my road races and having your beautiful children follow in your footsteps. Rest In Peace my dear friend, Love, Joe
Carmen, I’m deeply sorry for the loss of Uncle Vincent 🙏🏻 I have great memories with both him and Auntie Betty. Not to mention the continued support while my daughter was going through cancer. Sending hugs to all of you and many prayers ❤️
I loved the way Vince and Betty fit together so well with their big and powerful love. Seeing them grow old together was life affirming and I will always admire them. I’m sure, Carmen, that much of your giant brain came directly from you powerful Dad. Kindest wishes to all Aguilars and Kalczynskis as you mourn. Love, Val
Carmen
I’m very sorry for what the whole family is going through…..God gave me the joy of meeting your father, talking with him…it was exciting…because his story’s took me on an adventure…his mind full of memories that he gladly shared with us… I remember when he shared with us, in the year 1956 he join the service and one brother was in the navy one in the Air Force and another in the army.
And he went to Texas and Mississippi for school, and then he went to Europe.
And he like to run ….and at one time he ran 26 miles .
One story he told us that he had to guard for two hours a Russian airplane that was shot down
This is only one adventure of many ….I believe that some one could write a book of his adventure.
We will always remember him with love.
María and Larry

written by David Rodriguez:
“A man earns his stripes for his loyalty, a brother, a husband and a father earns them when he applies such character to his family first.
That loyalty becomes legacy, when his love for the White Soxs, the Black Hawks, and the Bulls, comes in a close second.
In my brother’s case, he demonstrated such loyalty in his steadfast protection of his little sisters.
In fairness to Dolores, I’m grateful for his particularly vigilance when it came to me.
Vince was a true inspiration. His approach to life was metphorically embodied by his love for running. He was forever a spirited competitor, and driven to succeed.
My brother was an informed intellectual. He kept in-step and often challenged others in areas of sports, politics and finance.
And yes, he was handsome. When he would visit our family in Denver, we would joke and even capitalize on his persuasively stately good looks in order to get the best tables at restaurants.”
I worked with Vince at the “Rock” we also went to the gym together, he always said hi to me and talked. We were also country neighbors. He and Betty signed my petition to run for congress 7 years ago. I will certainly miss him.
