So sorry for your loss, you all will be in my thoughts and prayers.
Sam. The love he had for his wife, Jill, was honestly amazing. The love and pride he had for his children was incredible. He always welcomed me into his home (often bowing). He will be sorely missed by many. Peace everlasting, Sam.
On behalf of the Southwest Bar Association please accept our deepest condolences. For many years Attorney Cuba was an active member of the BAR and he will be missed.
Very sorry to hear this news! Sam was a great attorney and a good friend. He loved his family very dearly and beamed whenever we talked about our kids. His family is in our prayers and thoughts. RIP Sam
My condolences to Sam’s family. I had many cases with Sam over the years and although he was the opposing counsel, he was a pleasure to work with on cases. Sam was a genuine kind person and will be missed by so many in the neighborhood and the legal community.
One of the greatest from our neighborhood. Sam always had time to talk to everyone and anyone. It was pretty obvious he loved people.
He was a spectacular lawyer who was honest, caring and giving. Have know Sam since grade school he will be sorely missed. Everyones good is made up of others good I will always remember his goodness as part of me. Regards Thomas Nolan

Hi I’m Francesca Pieper I’m praying for you love you
Hi Sam Cuba sorry for your loss I’m praying for you 🤧.
I just now learned of Sam’s passing. I’m a local claims adjuster and although we worked on opposite sides of situations, he was one of the strongest advocates for his clients I’ve ever run across, and all the while kind and composed. I am deeply sorry for his family’s loss and the loss to the small community of excellent personal injury attorneys in Chicago.
