Please accept my sincere condolences on your loss. Alice will be missed not only by her husband and family, but also by the residents of Western Springs whom she served so faithfully. Wishing you moments of peace and comfort during this difficult time.
Alice brought out the best in everyone: she made the world a much better place.
She embodied “only kindness matters.”
A role model for us all: the most lasting legacy.
She was a shining star and those who
were lucky enough to travel with her are moved to spread her light. Her spirit is endearing and enduring.
The deepest condolences to the Gallagher Family. I enjoyed working with Alice at the La Grange Park District. A well-loved and inspiring Yoga teacher, her loving spirit will be missed immensely. My prayers are with you all!
Dear Terry and family, so very sad for your loss. Alice is an amazing person, she was so dedicated to her family and tirelessly poured herself into service for the Village. She was a great mentor to me, and will always cherish her smile, warmth and ability to connect with people. She had a positive influence on so many of us. Berry
Our sincere and deepest condolences to the Gallagher family. While Kate and I have moved on from Western Springs many in that great community remain dear friends. Alice was a treasure to the community well before she was elected to public office. Her wonderful smile and engaging conversation were an inspiration to all she met.
On behalf of our staff, clergy and congregation, we offer our deepest sympathies for all who love Alice. We are holding you, and our community, in prayer. May Alice’s memory be a blessing to us all.
