Dr. Sandra Hughes, age 72, of LaGrange Highlands. Beloved wife of Craig L. Hughes for a wonderful 52 years. Loving mother of Colleen (late Brian) Szyszka, Marlene (Justin) Szyszka, Steven Hughes, Michael Hughes and Allison Hughes. Devoted grandmother of Joshua, Noah, Nathan, Cameron, Aiden, Logan, Arabella and Declan. Dear sister of Al (Carol) Allison.

Dr. Sandra Hughes was a registered nurse and longtime professor with a strong passion for travel.

Visitation 3 to 8pm on Wednesday, June 14^th at Hallowell & James Funeral Home, 1025 W. 55^th St., Countryside, where a funeral service will be held at 10am on Thursday, June 15^th. Interment St. Casimir Cemetery, Chicago.
