Vito Martino, 67, of Darien.  Beloved husband of Carol.  Loving father of Valerio (Brittany) and Patrick (fiancée Jaclyn) Martino.  Cherished grandfather of Liliana and soon-to-be Vito Martino.  Dear brother of Rosa (Michael) Quaranta.  Fond uncle of Joe (Vicki) Quaranta and Pasquina (Joe) Fratantion.  Dear great-uncle of Michael and Gianna Quaranta, Sophia and Ava Fratantion.  Cherished son of Rosa and the late Valerio Martino.  Son-in-law of Patrick and the late Mary Albertini.  Visitation 3 to 8pm Sunday, July 30, 2023 at Hallowell & James Funeral Home, 301-75th Street, Downers Grove, Illinois 60516.  Prayers 9:30am Monday, July 31, 2023 at the funeral home to Our Lady of Peace Church, Darien for Mass at 10am.  Entombment Queen of Heaven Cemetery.  Vito deeply cherished the 3 newest loves of his life, Jaclyn, Liliana and Brittany.  Funeral home phone 630/964-6500

  2. To be loved by Vito is truly something special. Carol, Valerio, Brittany, Patrick, Jaclyn, Lily and Vito; I believed he loved you all enough to last beyond his lifetime and to carry with you through your lives. Trust that he will never be far from you.

  7. Vito was truly one of a kind. We will always remember him and smile. He was always there for his family at all the OLP and high school events. It was a pleasure to see him and we always enjoyed the conversation. We are so sorry for your loss.
