Patricia O’Sullivan (nee McGrath), age 85, beloved wife of the late Neil O’Sullivan for 60 years.  Loving mother to Tim (Jean), Dan (Caryn), and Eileen (Jim) Koch.  Devoted Grandma to Matthew, Kevin, Jack, Maggie, Mike, Danny, Colin, and Meghan. Dear sister to the late Dini (John) Mulcrone and sister-in-law to Jerry and Kathy O’Sullivan and the late Father Dan O’Sullivan. Cherished aunt to the Mulcrones (Ellefsons).  Longtime girlfriend to so many.  Devoted to her faith, she was a proud graduate of Resurrection grammar school, Trinity high school, and Mundelein College.  Pat loved to read, garden, do crosswords (except the Sunday Tribune edition) root for her Cubbies (although she couldn’t bear to watch them), and chat with anyone/anywhere/anytime. Pat and Neil were blessed with many friends who filled their lives with joy, kindness, and laughter.

Visitation 4:30 to 8 p.m. on Sunday, October 1st at Hallowell & James Funeral Home, 1025 W. 55^th St., Countryside. Family & friends will meet for funeral prayers at 10:15 a.m. on Monday, October 2^nd at the funeral home. Procession to St. John of the Cross Church, Western Springs will follow.
