Margaret “Peggy” Ann Drabek, of Indian Head Park, IL, formerly of Chicago, IL, age 77, passed away peacefully October 22, 2023. She was the loving daughter of Walter and Anne (Rzepka) Drabek.  She was loved by many of her friends and family including her sister, Nancy (Raymond) Weishaar; her nieces and nephew, Melissa (Tony) Curran, Steven Weishaar, and Raeanne (Tim) Bazyn; and her great nieces and nephews, “her little angels”, Skyler, Mateaus, Anthony, Landon, Abby, Arianna, Madeline, Reagan, and Zach. She was such a proud Aunt.

Peggy loved planning weddings for St. Symphorosa Parish in Chicago. Peggy retired from H.B.Taylor, in .2018, after 46 years. She enjoyed laughing with her family and friends, reading, watching Hallmark movies, and shopping.

Family and friends will be received on Monday, October 30, 2023 from 8:30 am to 9:30 am at Hallowell & James Funeral Home, 1025 W. 55th St., Countryside. Funeral Mass to follow, 10am at St. Cletus Parish, 600 W. 55th St., LaGrange.  Interment to follow at Resurrection Cemetery, 7201 Archer Ave., Justice.  In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to Caledonia Senior Living and Memory Care.
