Charlotte Kozak (“Chickie”), age 82, of LaGrange Highlands, IL; beloved wife of Conrad Kozak for 42 years; loving mother of Jim (Sue) Kunze, Joy (John) Koziol, & Ann (Norm Mason) Kozak; proud grandmother of Ethan, Amelia, Iris, Dan (Kerrin), & Michele (Jack); great-grandmother of Gabe, Maura, & Noah; dear sister of Chuck (Nancy) & Leo (Karen); cherished sister-in-law of Ken (Lynn) Kozak, Cheri Kozak, & Juli (Rick Arnfeld) Kozak; pre-deceased by parents Anna & Leo Eddinger; aunt & friend of many.

Charlotte grew up in Allentown, Pa. She had a wonderful life there with her best friend Rita. She went on to a career as a Cytotecnologist for more than 40 years. She adored her family. Charlotte was an avid walker, and loved to read, cook, and her Yuengling Lager. Willie Nelson was No. 1.

Visitation 10am until time of Funeral Service 1pm, on Saturday, December 2 at Hallowell & James Funeral Home, 1025 W. 55^th St., Countryside. Interment private.
