Maria Nikolic (nee Lonec), age 88, of Western Springs. Beloved wife of the late Lazar Nikolic. Loving mother of Danica (Michael) Weyer and Olga (Keith) Sinram. Wonderful grandmother of Ashley (Jeremy) Taylor, Brandon (Sarah) Sinram, Chandler and Elise Weyer. Super-grandma to Quinn. Devoted sister of the late Franc (Marička) Lonec, Bogomir (Brigita) Lonec, Olga (the late Ferdo) Navodnik, Darinka (Tomaž) Kamensek, Jože (Helena) Lonec, and Zdravko (Jasna) Lonec. Dear aunt, great-aunt and cousin of many in the US and abroad. Maria was preceded in death by her parents Franc and Olga Lonec.

Visitation 4 to 9pm Friday, April 26^th at Hallowell & James Funeral Home, 1025 W. 55^th St., Countryside. Family and friends are to meet at St. Alphonsus Church, 605 S. State St., Lemont for 11am Mass on Saturday, April 27^th. Interment to follow at Resurrection Cemetery, Justice.
