Connie was an amazing, strong woman with a legacy, worthy of a written biography. I will remember Connie for her wit, honesty and living life to the fullest. Her life story is inspiration for all, (coming to the U.S. as a teenager by herself) following her dreams, always working hard to fulfill her potential, far beyond retirement age. Her talent for cooking and baking was a gift to those she shared with. Her apple slices were the BEST! She was never shy about expressing her values and beliefs. Her feisty nature will forever put a smile on my face. We will miss you, Connie!
