Robert C. Bogash, age 89, of Indian Head Park.  US Army Veteran / WWII.  Beloved husband of Sheila, nee Thornton.  Loving father of Elisa (Paul) Sarussi, Matthew (Allison) and Luke Bogash.  Devoted grandfather of 4.   Robert was a member of the 101^st Airborne Division and participated in the D-Day Invasion of Normandy and the Battle of the Bulge.  Visitation 3-8pm Sunday Aug. 10^th at Hallowell & James Funeral Home, 1025 W. 55^th St., Countryside.  Services and interment private.  In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Wounded Warrior Project appreciated.  Funeral info 708-352-6500
