I’m so sad you’re gone Jakob. I love and miss you so much already. I have read and re read all of our messages a hundred times. You were so real and honest and funny!!! One of the best guys I’ve ever met. You will be sadly missed by so many people. Such a short time on this earth but you made a huge impact on so many lives. You will live on through all of us. I don’t want to say goodbye so I’m gonna say I love you and I’ll see you again some time.

I’m so sorry for your loss. Jakob was an awesome young man and I’m glad we had the privilege of knowing him.
He’s in a beautiful place with living family. He’s in good hands. No more meds, no more pain, just peace.
I know it’s hard but in time you’ll know he’s always with you.
