Glenn Arnold Fritschel, 66, of Homer Glen. Beloved husband of Kathy, nee Hoffer. Loving father of Dustin (Kathryn) Fritschel and Devinne (Donald) Young. Devoted grandfather of Damian, Madison and Oliver Fritschel, Cyrus and Elsee Young. Dear brother of Kathy (Dan) Gordon, Gail (Ed) Meroz and Debbe (Brad) Lunsford. Fond uncle of many. Cherished son of Elizabeth and the late Kenneth “Keith” Fritschel. Visitation 11am to 1pm Monday, December 21, 2020 at Trinity Lutheran Church, 11500 German Church Road, Burr Ridge followed by a private family service. Interment Trinity Lutheran Cemetery. Due to current health regulations, masks and social distancing required. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to the family would be appreciated. Glenn was a truck driver by trade. He served as a volunteer firefighter with Hometown Fire Department, and Lemont Fire Department. He was also a Navy Veteran. Arrangements entrusted to Hallowell & James Funeral Home at 708/352-6500
