Sister Eileen Sullivan, C. S. J., age 102.  Beloved member of The Congregation of St. Joseph of La Grange Park, celebrating 81 years of Religious Life.  Loving daughter of the late Thomas Joseph and Mary Sullivan, both born in County Galway, Ireland.  Dear sister of the late Genevieve (Jeanne) Sullivan.  Sr. Eileen is survived by loving family members, Aunt Nora’s children, grandchildren and all of their spouses.  Sr. Eileen earned her Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy in 1950 at DePaul University, and her Master’s degree in Education in 1970 at Loyola University.  She taught at St. Barbara in Brookfield, St. Leonard in Berwyn, St. Margaret Mary in Chicago, and St. Francis Xavier in LaGrange.  She served as principal at St. Leonard’s as well.  Later in life, Sr. Eileen moved into Pastoral Care at Columbus Hospital in Chicago, as well as volunteering at Bethlehem Woods Retirement Center in LaGrange Park.  There will be a Memorial Mass at a later date.  Memorial contributions to The Congregation of St. Joseph appreciated.  Arrangements entrusted to Hallowell & James Funeral Home at 708/352-6500 or www.hjfunerals.com
