Charles Robert VanAllen, age 54, of LaGrange Highlands, passed away on January 1, 2022.
Loving father of Colton VanAllen. Beloved son of Ron VanAllen and the late Barb Pankow. Dear brother of Mark VanAllen and Tim Pankow. Fond uncle of Haylee Rose VanAllen, Cody Kowalski, and Jake VanAllen.
Rob loved fishing and will always be remembered for his generosity.
A Memorial Visitation will be held from 2pm until time of the Memorial Service 7:30pm Monday, January 17th at Hallowell & James Funeral Home, 1025 W. 55th St., Countryside. For further service information, please call the funeral home at 708-352-6500.

One of the best friends anyone could possibly wish for. If you were around that Van Allen / Pankow family you knew you were bound to have a good time with good people. Sad to see he’s passed but hope to see him again on the other side ❤️ I don’t even think he knew how loved he really was. This is a guy you never had to guess if he had your back.
