Jean L. Butkovic, age 91, a long-time resident of LaGrange, IL; loving mother of Craig Butkovic; dear grandmother of Nicholas Butkovic and Helen (Doug) Werner; daughter of the late Helen and late Fred Sulek; friend of many. Retired from Norwood Marking Systems after many years of loyal service. Loved hours of shopping, dining out, and everything connected with the Christmas season. Devoted to her family and close friends. Visitation Friday, Feb. 25 from 4 to 8pm at Hallowell & James Funeral Home, 1025 W. 55th St., Countryside. Funeral prayers 9:30am Saturday, Feb. 26 from the funeral home to St. Cletus Church, LaGrange. Mass 10am. Interment Resurrection Cemetery, Justice. Craig, Nick & Helen: We have wonderful memories of Jean and I enjoyed working with her at Norwood where she was one of the originals!! Our ladies lunch group was a lot of fun with your mom/grandma. Our sympathy to you.

Dear Craig and family,
Please accept our condolences on Jeannies passing. She was so much fun to work with at Norwood. We had a great time back in those days. She was a wonderful person and was always happy.

Jean was a pleasure to work with at Norwood. Always was helpful and friendly and she did her job very well. It was always nice to walk by her and talk for a while. I will miss her. There is a special place in Heaven for such a wonderful lady like Jean.
