We are so very sorry for the loss of your dear and beloved Rosalie. She always had such a bright smile and always lit up a room. Many prayers for you all.
Our thoughts and prayers are with all the Lawingers during this very difficult time. A wonderful women, wife, mother, and friend to so many has been taken from those who cherish her. Her love and goodness will live on in the many (hundreds) hearts she has touched. May she rest in peace with those that have gone before her.
Xoxo

Roe and Bob were participants in Hinsdale Hospital’s Cardiac Rehab group which met in the building beside the Shell station, Ogden and York. We dressed from our workout outfits to formal dress at an annual Christmas luncheon at the Hinsdale Golf Club. Roe was always there with her smile. I became to know her as a woman of faith who served with Bob at St. John of the Cross. The exercise/breakfast group met at McDonalds on York. And, moved to the McDonals in Westchester (Wolf & 31st) when the Hinsdale facility closed. They exercised at the Mayfair Park facility and then went to McDonalds for breakfast. I joined the group when I could no longer exercise. We stopped at their son Bob’s fudge shop in Annapolis, Maryland, for some great fudge. Bob was very attentive to Roe’s needs as a devoted husband. I give thanks to have known Roe, and give thanks for her 84 years.
Ros was a beautiful, friendly, and positive lady. She will be missed at SJC. You are in my thoughts and prayers. May the angels lead her into paradise. Marilyn Vorsanger
We will miss Roe and her sense of humor. She was a kind, compassionate and loving faith-filled woman. A true role model. His rest her sweet soul.
Roe was our best friend. The Lawingers and Korzons spent decades going to theaters, dinners, the Tavern Club, etc. We will miss her immensely, but know God has invited her to join him now.
Kathy, our thoughts and prayers from the Palatine Township Senior Center are with you and your family. May God comfort you during this time and may He give you His peace and mercy
