Courtney Joy Schrey, age 42, passed away peacefully on November 13, 2023. Beloved daughter of Thomas and the late Iris; cherished cousin, niece, and friend of many.
Courtney attended Hinsdale Central High School, Northwestern University, and Illinois Institute of Technology. She loved swimming and crossword puzzles.
Courtney taught and tutored many at College of DuPage.
Visitation 10am to 12pm on Thursday, November 30th at Hallowell & James Funeral Home, 1025 W. 55th St., Countryside. Family and friends to meet directly at Randhill Park Cemetery, Arlington Heights for a 1pm burial.
In lieu of flowers, donations to Denver Health Foundation, 601 N. Broadway, 9th Floor, Denver, CO 80204 (must designate in the transmittal that the donation is for the ACUTE fund in honor of Dr. Mehler and the staff) are greatly appreciated.
