Pedro “Pete” Sanchez

Pedro Sanchez, ” Pete” age 80, of Countryside. Beloved husband of the late Margaret; loving father of James (Cari) Soldat and Dino (Josie) Sanchez; cherished grandfather of Elizabeth and Ashley Soldat, Danielle and Peter Sanchez; brother of the late Elda Sanchez, Mirtha Suarez, and Lonnie “Luz” Gomez; fond uncle and friend of many.

He had a passion for classic cars and golf.

With the support of his late wife Marge, his lifelong dream of owning a car shop came true which started Custom Cars Unlimited over 50 years ago.

Visitation 2 to 8 pm on Sunday, December 10th at Hallowell & James Funeral Home, 1025 W. 55th. St., Countryside. A 10am Service will take place on Monday, December 11th at the Funeral Home.   6. My condolence’s to Pete’s family and all his many friends. I only knew Pete for two years in our golf league. We enjoyed talking about his days in the drywall business and he knew all the characters. Pete was a wonderful golfer , had a successful business and gentleman.
