This is my third lame attempt to send my very heartfelt message to Jim Miles, Arlene and their wonderful family ❤️. Just want to say how I have always felt like family with all of you. While Jim was somewhat a man of few words, his grace and true love was always felt. He loved and so protected his Sweetheart Arlene and all of their family. Their great love spread to their side by side vibrant families who provided some brilliant nights and never complained. Thanks for being there for our Mom when our Dad so early at 54. My heart breaks for your loss and the Trtols loss. Love always, Karen
Mr. Moles did all my tax filings my whole business career. I enjoyed our chats . I was always amazed how he could figure out my taxes and chat at the same time.🙏🙏🙏

My deepest sympathy for your loss. I knew Joe from the neighborhood and Byrne Social Center and Clear Ridge baseball,
He wore his nickname proudly, Cub Kid, as we suffered through so many losing seasons. One wonderful memory when several us drove down to Wrigley field in Joes car and sat in the bleachers and watched the Cubs beat the Cardinals . God Bless you Joe and my condolences to the Moles family.
Jim was the consummate professional whenever we had questions or needed advice. But, more importantly to my wife and myself he was a friend. He will be missed. Condolences.

Dear Arlene and Family,
So sorry to hear of Joe’s passing. I’ve known Joe for at least 50 years and besides being my and my firm’s accountant, I thoroughly enjoyed his friendship. I looked forward to our conversations not just of our tax concerns but just life in general. He was so calm and easy going and will miss him dearly.
Our condolences to Jim’s family. We knew Jim for more than 35 years. He was a trusted advisor to our family and treated us like family. We would always meet for the last appointment on a Friday. It would take a few hours to get caught up and look over our returns. He was never rushed and loved talking about family and the Cubs. He will be greatly missed.
My deepest sympathies to Arlene and the family, Joe was a wonderful man, great husband and father and grandfather. He truly was one of the good guys and will be missed! I am thankful that he was part of our family – always a joy to be around; Joe you will be missed!
To the Moles Family,
May he who knows your sorrow bring peace, comfort, and healing to your souls.
Words seem so inadequate to express the sorrow that is by the loss of Jim. Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you and our hope in the midst of your sorrow you can find comfort in all the joyful memories you’ve shared.

Dear Arlene, Michael and Family, I am so sorry for your loss. Jim was a wonderful and kind person. He meant so much to all of the Bulldog players when he was coaching them. What a great role model to the boys, they truly looked up to him. It was a pleasure having Jim, and you in our Bulldog Family of many years filled with many memories!
God bless you all,

Jim was one-of-a-kind. When I lived in Chicago, it was great to visit him every tax season to catch up on the year prior. He asked questions like nobody else could, and remembered everything you told him. A genuine Chicago guy and part of what is Garfield Ridge. When I moved to Arizona almost 11 years ago, although long-distance, it was still always a pleasure to speak to Jim as he prepared my taxes each February. I originally went to Jim after numerous of my then co-workers at Cintas recommended him. I later learned that Jim actually interviewed with my late father at the IRS many many years ago. I’m glad he never worked for the IRS because if he did, we’d have never met! Anyways, Jim’s humor, inquisitive questions, dedication and friendship will be missed by many. It was a sad day when I received the phone call informing me of his passing. Deepest condolences to his family. -Dave Koperniak
Just hearing about Jim’s passing now for the first time. Saddened by the news but the other side has received a good one! Jim did my families taxes both personal and business for many decades. I always looked forward to our meetings more for the sports talk than the numbers. The Cubs ticket lottery was a highlight always!
Condolences to the entire Moles family.

Joe was the best: best accountant, best Cubs fan, best investor & most importantly, best friend. He is sorely missed
I am so sorry to hear of Jim’s passing. We worked with him for a long time even after we moved to Arizona. My husband Mike always loved talking to him about the White Sox and the Blackhawks.
Jim and I met in 1975 or 1976 when I first became a practicing lawyer. He not only prepared our tax returns since then but he became our trusted financial advisor and friend. In my opinion, Jim was brilliant, but, more importantly, demonstrated tremendous humility and kindness. His passing came as a shock to me and my entire family. We will miss him. My sincerest condolences to Jim’s family.
I am shocked and saddened to hear this news. Thanks to whoever sent the notice to all his past clients. I never made my tax appointment on a Monday because Webers Bakery was closed and I always bought something for myself and a present for the office. Jim was kind, thoughtful and professional as we chatted about the last year while he was preparing my taxes. My condolences to his family.
As my Accountant, Jim had the ability to make you feel good about paying taxes. That is a skill! He watched me and my family grow up over the years. From marriage, to raising our children, moving, buying and selling houses, promotions and all of the challenges of running a business. He spoke fluent Cintas and knew and helped so many Cintas’ Partners. Jim’s strongest attribute was that he was so genuine and likeable. He will be greatly missed.
Rest in peace my friend and may the love of Jesus Christ be with Jim and all those who loved him.
Jim and SueAnn Peters
I regret that I will be out of state on Saturday, but I wish to convey what a great person Jim was. His personality filled the room and he genuinely cared about the lives of the people he served. May his legacy be one of warm happy moments for his family.
