  1. To the Reid Family….
Your wonderful Mom will live on in the souls of us all. Being childhood friends with Patrick, she was always a “Mom” to me when visiting Linden Lane. Thank you to your Mom for her spirit of serving.

  2. Julie and family,
I’m sorry to hear this news about your mom. She was on duty at Hinsdale Hospital the night I delivered my daughter in 1995. I’ll always remember how kind she was checking on me and making me feel so special. I fondly remember her from our days growing up, especially in high school. I’m sorry for your loss. A mother’s love is an unbreakable bond. Sending condolences to you and your family during this difficult time. Thinking about you.

  4. Reid Family,

Our hearts and thoughts go out to the entire family. Though we were not blessed to know her directly, the ripple of her love could be felt far beyond her immediate circle. She raised a wonderful leader, mentor and friend in Patrick and for that we are very thankful.

Wishing you strength and healing during this time.

  5. Dear Rich, Julie, Stacy, Patrick & Amy,
Notice of Norma’s passing shocked me and I am still processing this event. Ginger and I enjoyed our times back at St Joe’s nursing school and stayed friends though we moved to New Jersey. Many phone calls and visits when we were back to Chicago to see friends. After Ginger passed, I enjoyed speaking with Norma and catching up on family news. Norma was so proud of you all.
    Praying for your comfort.
    Love

  6. Norma was one of my oldest and dearest friends! We met in nursing school in the 50’s and were fortunate enough to move into neighborhoods that were only 20 minutes apart for the last decades of our lives. Oh such adventures we had.! We were shopaholics in all the cute little shops in any neighboring town we could drive to. And hardly ever missed a craft show! I miss those days! And the phone gab fests that lasted literally for hours! My ear would be so sore! I. Ever knew anyone who could talk so much!
Love her to pieces! Hope she’s found a chatty pal in Heaven!

  7. Julie and family,
