Betty Conklin
Betty Conklin (nee Ginley), age 92, of Lisle passed away on September 1, 2024. Beloved wife of the late James Conklin. Loving mother of Daniel (Susan) Conklin. Devoted grandmother of Deanna Conklin. Fond aunt and friend of many. Betty was preceded in death by her parents, Harold and Nora Ginley and siblings, Collette (late Frank) Vivirito and Thomas (Mary Beth and the late Joan) Ginley.
Betty will be fondly remembered for her chocolate chip cookies, love of quilting and puzzle making.
Visitation 8:45am until time of chapel prayers 9:45am Thursday, September 5th at Hallowell & James Funeral Home, 1025 W. 55th St., Countryside. Procession will follow to 10:30am Mass at Notre Dame Church, 64 Norfolk Ave., Clarendon Hills. Interment to follow at Queen of Heaven Cemetery, Hillside.
