Gerald Julius Tiedt, 89, of Willow Springs. Beloved husband of the late Dorothy. Loving father of Mark (Renia) Tiedt and Annette (Ed) Simon. Devoted grandfather of Anthony and Nicholas Tiedt, Jessica (Mitch) Manowsky, Samantha and Brad Simon. Preceded in death by four siblings. Dear uncle and cousin of many. Visitation 9am until Funeral Service 11am Saturday, September 7, 2024 at Trinity Lutheran Church, 11500 German Church Road, Burr Ridge, Illinois 60527. Interment Trinity Lutheran Cemetery. He was also a very active member at Trinity, serving as an usher and trustee for many, many years.
