Dave was a wonderful neighbor in our North Lake community. A true lover of nature, Dave worked hard to protect the special place we all love so dearly. He was generous with his time and talents to the benefit of us all. His wisdom and playful nature will greatly missed

I will always remember Dave as a kind man who was passionate with things and people he loved and the family company he helped run Allied Instrument. It was an honor to have meet him and see him in action and hear his stories from long ago. His smile. laugh, and kindness will be remembered always, may he finally be at peace and pain free, 🙏🙏
Gods speed and thank you David for being a good neighbor on North Lake!! Thanks for always stopping by and keeping an eye out for the kids as they challenged some of the lake rules.
And as recent as just a few weeks ago offering up the log splitter and yourself for some quality time and pancakes!
So sad to hear of his passing. Many fond memories of hiking, camping and fishing with Dave. We had fun trips to Wisconsin, Florida and out west.
I had the privilege of working for Allied instrument services for five years. Dave taught me the skills that have led to my success in the industry. He would walk circles around the engineers of today. Dave was there for me not just as a employer but as a mentor and a friend, giving me life experience and advice along the way. Although his physical presence will be greatly missed, Dave’s spirit lives on through us.
My deepest sympathy and condolences to the entire Cragg’s family. Don, Les I’m so sorry to hear of Dave’s passing. I was very fond of Dave, his salesmanship, friendship, and always trying to help. He will be deeply missed. My coworkers and I always enjoyed his dedicated visits to us and keeping us and our customers in the best shape for business. I’m grateful to have known Dave.
I have known Dave since the mid-2000’s. When we bought our house on North Lake and attended the first homeowners meeting in 2006, meeting Dave there inspired me to get involved in lake management to help restore North Lake to a healthy state for all to use and yet maintain its natural aspects for all of the wildlife it supports. Dave was our president for over 12 years and during that time I served as the lake management director and still do to date. Dave’s guidance, perseverance, and dedication to the lake has made it what it is today! During this time we have forged a friendship that has lasted the test of time. Dave was the steward of our lake, a wonderful neighbor and dear friend and will be missed terribly by myself and many others whose lives he touched.
