David B. Bossert, age 86, of Burr Ridge, formerly of Hinsdale; beloved husband of Julie (nee Kenyon) for 57 years; loving dad of David Bossert Jr.,  Laura W. Bossert & Mark Bossert.; dear Papa to Grace & Jack. David was preceded in death by his parents Alice (nee Carey) & Harold Bossert; his sister Patricia Blanck and brother Jack. David grew up in Oak Park, IL, and was a graduate of Michigan State University. He was a loyal fan of the Spartans and the Chicago Bears. He was a former board member and supporter of Little Friends. He and his family were long-time summer residents of Saugatuck, MI. Services will be held at Church of the Holy Nativity, 275 S. Richmond, Clarendon Hills, IL, on Saturday, March 4 at 4:00pm. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorials to Little Friends, 140 N. Wright St., Naperville, IL 60540 appreciated.
