Harley was a great guy, he will be missed. Our hearts go out to the entire family!
Diane and Jenny our thoughts and prayers are with you.
Hello,
Harley was an extremely friendly person! He always had a smile on his face. We would see him outside working in the yard at the lake cottage. You’re in my thoughts and prayers at this difficult time.

Harley was a real professional in his field of work. He was level headed and a great decision maker. We also had many great luncheons together with Bob Petranek. He will most certainly be missed. Our prayers go out to him and his family.
Harley was a real professional in his field of work. He was level headed and had the ability to make the decisions required of a first class manager. I enjoyed our many luncheons accompanied by Bob Petranek from the Accounting Dept. Harley and I had a great love for boats and that always got into our discussions. Harley will most certainly be missed by all of his friends and relatives. Our prayers go out for Harley and his precious family.

Deepest sympathy to the Stipp family. Harley was a fantastic man to work with and l loved his sense of humor. I worked in the Accounting Department and had many dealings with Harley. My prayers to to all of you. God Bless!
The whole Martin family (his lucky neighbors at the lake) mourn the passing of such a wonderful figure as Harley. He was so kind to my mother, especially in her years of being alone at the lake, and that–as well as all the other kindnesses and help and just general friendliness of Harley–endeared him to every one of us. We will miss him deeply and never forget him.
