Wilma Rae Vedok, nee Suddreth, 79, of Countryside, went to heaven on April 1, 2014.  She was born in Lenoir, NC on July 13, 1934.  She married  Joseph Vedok on Sept. 2, 1955, who preceded her in death in 1999.  Loving mother of Karen Coffey, Vicki (Tom) Erhart, Joe Vedok, Sheri (Rudy) Rosales, John and Jim (Lisa) Vedok.  Devoted grandmother of Carrie, Amber, Richie, Kim, Jitonna, Joshua, Nathaniel, William, Austin, Autumn, Emily and Tenleigh. Dear great-grandmother of Ava, Olivia, Savana, Madison, Hayden and Aubree.  Survived by siblings Shirley Roloff and Charlie Suddreth, and many nieces and nephews.  Visitation 3 to 9pm Friday, April 4th at Hallowell & James Funeral Home, 1025 W. 55^th St., Countryside.  Prayers 9am Saturday, April 5th at the funeral home to St. John of the Cross Catholic Church, Western Springs, for Funeral Mass at 9:45am.  Interment Bronswood Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to the American Cancer Society appreciated.  Wilma was very active in her community.  She managed her husband’s construction business and worked as a Cook County Courthouse Clerk in Markham for over 20 years.  She coached baseball teams, raised funds for local causes, and always helped those in need.  Funeral info. 708/352-6500 or www.hjfunerals.com
