Love you so much Uncle Larry, and look forward to seeing you again for all eternity. You taught me so much through the years and it warms my heart how many memories I have of our talks together while I was driving down to see Mom in Florida. You were always there to comfort me, laugh with me, give me wisdom, your insights, and of course some political discussions.
Your songs forever remain in my heart especially “One Day Three Jews Were Talking“. I may yet write that biography of my favorite Uncle, especially after the number of interviews we did together I have enough material to write a volume, although it might be censored. I love you so much Uncle Lar and so wish George and I could’ve been there for the big sendoff (we are both battling acute bronchitis)..
You are ever in my heart.
Uncle Lar, more than anyone else you treated me like part of the O’Brien family and not just because I was married to Bonnie but on my own account. I loved all the different times that you and I spent together. I particularly appreciate all the love you showered on my beautiful wife Bonnie. We love you and look forward to seeing you in the New Heaven. ( now who’s going to motivate those bums (Bears) that you both love and hate?)
