William John “Bill” Harris, 63, of Brookfield.  Cherished son of Virginia and the late William A.  Beloved husband of Jean.  Loving father of Kristen Dutra, Kalyn and the late Sgt. Joshua Harris.  Devoted grandfather of Tyler and Breana Dutra.  Dear brother of Sandra (Edward) Quintrall, Gail and Susan Harris and Mary (John) Raad.  Fond uncle of many.  Visitation 2 to 9pm Friday, January 25, 2019 at Hallowell & James Funeral Home, 1025 West 55th Street, Countryside.  Will lie in state from 10am until Funeral Service 11am Saturday, January 26, 2019 at Trinity Lutheran Church, 11500 German Church Road, Burr Ridge, Illinois 60527.  Interment Trinity Lutheran Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to Trinity Lutheran Church (address above), Wellness House, Hinsdale or Gold Star Mission appreciated.  Bill loved life and family, and he was a friend to all he met.  Funeral home phone 708/352-6500
