Joseph J. Gierlasinski age 100, of Hinsdale, formerly of Chicago. U.S. Army Veteran of WW II. Beloved husband of 71 years to the late Eleanore G. (nee Beck); devoted father of Norman J. (Carol) Gierlasinski and Linda (David) Bremer.; dear brother of the late Walter (the late Sophie) and the late Frank (the late Josephine) Gierlasinski; also survived by many nieces & nephews. Visitation 3-9pm Sunday, June 29th at Hallowell & James Funeral Home 1025 W. 55th St, Countryside. Prayers 9:15am Monday June 30th from the chapel to St. John of the Cross Church, Western Springs for Mass at 9:45 am. Entombment Resurrection Mausoleum. Member of Our Boys V.F.W.
