  13. I FIRST MET JACQUIE ON 9/20/18 AT THE WELLNESS HOUSE, AS I ATTENDED MY FIRST PANCREATIC CANCER NETWORKING GROUP MEETING.
AFTER THE MEETING….JACQUIE CAME UP TO ME….GAVE ME A HUGE HUG…AND SAID SHE WAS SO SORRY ABOUT THE DEATH OF MY BEAUTIFUL WIFE OF 50 YEARS. HER HUG AND GUINUINE CONCERN FOR ME WAS UNEQUIVOCALLY…SOMETHING I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED IN MY 77 YEARS OF LIFE.
A COUPLE OF WEEKS LATER, I WAS ASKED BY A FRIEND…..”IF I EVER HAD AN ”ELECTRIC HUG”…..STATING THAT AN ELECTRIC HUG WAS FAR & ABOVE ANYTHING THAT YOU HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED….A BONDING OF SOULS!
THAT WAS THE “HUGE HUG” JACQUIE GAVE ME…AND WE BECAME GOOD FRIENDS….AND EVEN THOUGH I HAVE ONLY KNOWN HER FOR A SHORT TIME……I AM REALLY AFFECTED BY THE LOSS OF HER FRIENDSHIP…AND GRIEVE FOR THOSE WHO WERE FAMILY & FRIENDS…WHO HAVE KNOWN THIS BEAUTIFUL WOMAN….LONGER THAN I HAVE
